Model 301W-WPG Above Grade / Cold Climate Sampling Station with Pressure Gauge

Product Description

The Model 301W-WPG is identical to the Model 301W except that it includes an integrated pressure gauge for checking system pressure.  The stainless-steel gauge is mounted below the top ball valve and reads pressure constantly.  The stainless-steel pressure gauge has a 2″ diameter face.  The pressure gauge is glycerin filled, with 0-160 psi on the dial.

The 301W-WPG is an above grade sampling station for WARM climates.  The 301W-WPG features all brass and stainless steel waterway, stainless-steel spigot for flaming, a stainless-steel ball valve for throttling and an integrated stainless steel pressure gauge.  The standard inlet connection is a  ¾” CTS bronze pack joint fitting however, any inlet fitting may be custom ordered. A totally enclosed PVC housing protects the brass barrel and insulation from ground contact.  The station features a highly impact-resistant polyethylene enclosure available in two colors; blue or green. Station security is provided through a locking hasp, which accepts a standard padlock. Additional station security is provided by a stainless steel, locking handle, ball valve, which also accepts a standard padlock.

The 301W-WPG is activated by opening the top stainless-steel ball valve.  The top valve is used to flush the unit, before sampling and throttling the water flow for sample collection.

The Model 301W-WPG features a wet barrel design, thus is only suitable for warm climates.  The standard Depth Bury is 18 inches.
